Brothers in Christ, we need to be willing to sincerely commit to the Lord by reacting to what we hear from God's Word with faithful and obedient action. The 2026 Men of Iron Conference will have us examining ourselves as to our willingness to be Doers of God's Word. Our homes and churches need strong leaders, who Lord willing put their faith in action in our communities to be the defenders of truth and the moral influence of our cities.
James 1:22 ​But be doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving yourselves.

Being Doers of God's Word will require men in the church to step out of the silence that is killing this nation. Men need to lead the church back to the public square and expose and oppose darkness and evil and, in truth and love, courageously stand up for the faith. This one-day conference is designed to equip men with biblical truth and principles to make this stand and to be able to rejoice in any suffering that might come with it. We will also hear of the importance of defending the truth of Scripture, so we can do our best to present ourselves to our almighty God as one who is approved.

What ails this nation are not political problems, they are spiritual problems. And as Believers we are called to do our best to present ourselves to God as one approved, a worker who has no need to be ashamed, rightly handling the word of truth (2 Timothy 2:15). Join us to band together as Men of Iron, and sharpen each other in this daily battle, and to learn how we rightly handle the word of truth all for God's glory.

Pastor and Author
Pastor of Mercy Seat Christian Church for 35 years – a congregation located in the Milwaukee, Wisconsin area. He and his wife, Clara, have been married 42 years. They have 11 children, and 35 grandchildren including one great-grandchild.
He is the founder of Missionaries to the Preborn which was instrumental in seeing abortion in Wisconsin drop by over 60% from 1990 to 2022. Pastor Matt spent over 15 months in jail for interposing on behalf of the preborn at the doors of the deathcamps.
He is the author of the book The Doctrine of the Lesser Magistrates: A Proper Response to Tyranny and A Repudiation of Unlimited Obedience to Civil Government which has sold over 140,000 copies.
He has spoken to countless magistrates, conducted countless news, radio, and podcast interviews, and has been invited to speak before legislators in 11 states.
He preached his first sermon exposing the false narrative of the covid pretend-demic on March 22nd, 2020 – just nine days after Trump announced the national emergency.

David Roth
Pastor, OneWay Christian Church
David Roth has the honor and privilege of pastoring OneWay Christian Church (established in 2017). He was one of the founding Elders of OWCC.

He has been married for 29 years to his wife Tami, and they have two children – son Taran and daughter Macy. David and Tami have three grandchildren and another on the way.
David was called to ministry later in life and stepped away from his successful insurance sales career (October 2021) where he served as an executive for a large employee benefits insurance company.
David now focuses fulltime on serving as the pastor of OWCC and does consulting in the employee benefits industry. David is also one of the founding members of the Men of Iron Conference.

David has a passion for encouraging Christian men to be the spiritual fathers of their families, friends, co-workers and neighbors. He also is a firm proponent of biblical citizenship and having Christians become more active in being the moral influence in our cities and nation as God has called and designed His people to be.

Coach Dave Daubenmire
Coach, Speaker and Founder of Pass the Salt
Dave Daubenmire, a veteran 35 year high school football coach, was spurred to action when attacked and eventually sued by the ACLU in the late 1990’s for mixing prayer with his coaching. After a two-year battle for his 1st amendment rights and a determination to not back down, the ACLU relented and offered coach an out of court settlement.

As a result of the experience, Coach heard the call to move out of coaching a high school team, to the job of coaching God’s team. PASS THE SALT was formed to encourage the Body of Christ to step into the cultural war. “For we wrestle not against flesh and blood…” PASS THE SALT is convinced that God has given the Body a window of opportunity to take our culture back.

PASS THE SALT is committed to bringing together the body of Christ across denominational, racial, and economical borders to demonstrate to America the power of Biblical unity. Our vision is to unite, organize, and mobilize the Army of God to be SALT and Light as stated in MATTHEW 5:12.

Challenging the “church of the Status Quo”, Pass The Salt is calling Christians to engage the culture. By taking the fight to the enemy Coach Daubenmire has become a recognizable voice with the media as he is an unashamed, articulate, apologist for the Christian worldview. Coach’s willingness to stand with Judge Roy Moore in Alabama, Terri Schiavo in Florida, and the 10 commandments in Washington DC, has enabled him to partner with some of the nationally known voices in America.
